-A completed CCAS Declaration of Major Form is required for this application. Please make sure to fill it out completely, including the suggested plan of study. No other signatures on the form are required at this time except for the student's signature. We recommend using a mobile scanning app or scanners at Gelman Library.

NEW POLICY: If you are a student at the Elliott School of International Affairs and wish to double major in Journalism or Political Communication, you do not have to be part of CCAS in order to apply to either major. You can remain part of ESIA and still double major in Journalism or Political Communication.
-ESIA students who wish to double major must fill out the ESIA Declaration of Second Major form and submit it along with their application. Please write Professor Barbara Benitez-Curry next to Departmental Advisor. The only signature needed at this time is that of the applicant.
